Almond Cookies 2

120
g butter
80g caster sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g ground almond
200g flour
Flake almond and egg yolk for decoration

1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
2. Add yolk and vanilla
3. Add in ground almond and flour. Fold all ingredients to form smooth dough.
4. Roll out dough until its about 8mm thick. Cut with your desired cookie cutter

5. Put almond flake on top and brush with egg yolk


6.Bake for 10 mins at 180 deg cels or until golden brown
